We Do Our Best — But Nature Has the Final Say
We approach every project with care, skill, and attention to detail. That said, landscaping involves natural elements, which can be unpredictable. Weather, soil conditions, pests, and plant health can all affect the final results in ways outside of our control. We’ll always be honest with you about what to expect.
Your Property, Your Knowledge
If you have underground systems like sprinklers, wiring, or septic lines, please let us know before we start. We can’t be responsible for damage to hidden systems that we weren’t informed about — and we’d rather avoid surprises for both of us.
Rain Happens (and Heatwaves Too)
Sometimes Mother Nature changes our schedule. If weather or extreme temperatures make it unsafe or unwise to work, we’ll let you know and reschedule as soon as possible. We promise to communicate any delays promptly.
Plant Health and Materials
We use quality plants and materials from trusted suppliers. However, once plants leave our care, they require regular maintenance (watering, feeding, etc.). We can’t guarantee plant survival unless otherwise stated in writing, especially if there’s been neglect, pet interference, or environmental stress.
Care After We Leave
We’re here to give your landscape a great head start — but it’s a team effort. Following our care instructions helps preserve the work we’ve done. If anything seems off, let us know quickly so we can help resolve it.
6. Safety and Respect Go Both Ways
We want to feel safe and respected when we’re on your property — and we promise to offer you the same. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, access is blocked, or if our crew is treated inappropriately.
